This falling through the ground glitch happens a frustrating amount of time on dry land ive noticed, but ive never seen it happen with a vehicle. i almost dont even want to play the game anymore. im so angry! so much time i spent building that prawn suit! just wasted and gone. just gone like that due to a stupid glitch.

#Subnautica below zero prawn suit arms upgrade#
Including my jump jet boost upgrade and drill arm and a bunch of useful stuff in the cargo. Well this time i lost some 27 minutes since my last save, which sucked, but not nearly as much as the fact that when the previous save loaded (and every time ive tried to load it afterwards) my prawn suit, my beautiful prawn suit, had fallen through the ground, some 30-40 meters down. it happens occasionally (which is a whole another issue, why let the suit go under something if its going to get permanently stuck there?), and unfortunatly the only way out of it is to quit and reload the save. It is crafted in the Mobile Vehicle Bay.So i was tooling around with my prawn suit on dry land in the glacial zone, when i got stuck on something. The blueprint for this module is unlocked by scanning fragments in the Deep Purple Vents.

As only one side of the module has an attachment port, the module must be the last in a Seatruck's module chain.Ī Prawn Suit docked in a Docking Module will not take pressure damage, regardless of its maximum crush depth. Like all Seatruck modules, the Docking Module can be guided by interacting with the grab-bar on the roof to connect it to other Seatruck modules.

Unlike the Moonpool, the Docking Module will not charge the Prawn Suit's Power Cells. Alternatively, the Prawn will automatically be released if the player enters it while it is docked. The only interactive internal components are a ladder that must be "used" to exit the module, and a flip-up console that allows the player to release a mounted Prawn Suit. Since a collision with the Prawn can seriously damage the module, it is best to use the Prawn's thrusters to rise up level with the Docking Module at a distance and then move forward onto the docking clamps, rather than trying to jump from directly under it.īecause the module mounts the Prawn at the rear, it has a roof hatch like the cab as opposed to the rear door of other modules. The module can only pick up the Prawn Suit if it has power, meaning the cab must be connected during the docking procedure. The Docking Module allows the player to attach a Prawn Suit to the back of the module and carry it along while piloting their Seatruck.
